The 360 Interview Process

As leader, you will want to understand your image, that is how others perceive you in your organization, department and team. Our professional, confidential 360 interview process is designed to help you become clearer about your own leadership and communication style, with focus on revealing your blindspots, (that is, what other individuals know about you, that you might not know about yourself – don’t worry, we all have them!). After your coach interviews 6-8 individuals on your behalf, he or she will debrief you with a complete report that outlines your strengths, opportunities, contraditions, and thoughts/suggestions for moving forward.
