Cathy Quartner Bailey, MBA
Executive Coach, Workshop Facilitator, Author

Cathy Quartner Bailey, President of Quartner and Associates, LLC, works as an executive coach and workshop facilitator. She is passionate about helping clients incorporate customized, practical mindfulness (mind training and energy/emotion regulation) strategies into their busy lives with expertise in executive leadership presence, professional branding, strategic thinking, communication, conflict management (working with difficult situations and people), emotional intelligence, resiliency, and well-being. She recently published the book Show Up as Your Best: Mindful Leaders, Meditation, & More, available on Amazon.

Cathy’s style is direct, honest, and supportive. She partners with clients to help them understand the link between leadership and being mindful with focus on “how I show up” versus being stuck in “doing” mode. Her specialties include her 360 interview process, where she works with the client to “hear” the feedback in a respectful and meaningful way as well as helping her clients understand, develop and maintain leadership presence. She offers clients a customized, structured approach to help them achieve their leadership goals by sharing insights as well as providing customized tools and assessments.

Cathy has coached leaders from American Express, Aramark, AT Kearney, Barry Callebaut, Bristol–Myers Squibb, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Campbell Soup, CubeSmart, Daiichi–Sankyo, EuroRSCG, Elsevier, Firmenich, GlaxoSmithkline, Google, Guardian Life, Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, Kenvue, Kraft, L–3 Communications, Mathematica, Mattel, Mercedes-Benz, Met Life, MGM Resorts, NYU, Optum, Paramount, Pinnacle Foods, PricewaterhouseCoopers, PSE&G, Sanofi, Savills Studley, Splunk, TD Ameritrade, TD Bank, UnitedHealth Group, Wayne Public High School, and Wharton.
